Export of the safety data sheet

The safety data sheet can be saved in several formats using the Export button. The button is divided into an upper and a lower section.

The upper section of the button exports the selected items to the internal SBL format, while the lower section displays a list from which you can export to other formats.

You can export to the following formats:

PDF - suitable for sharing data, you can protect it against copying
DOCX/RTF - you can edit it and open it in Word and similar programs
JSON/XML - format for machine processing
SBL - internal format (open it in SBLCore)

The PDF can be saved directly using the Save as PDF button in the toolbar.

Tip! Do you want to upload the data back to SBLCore? Use the SBL or PDF format, which you can import using the AI Import function.
