Setting the company logo and watermark

In this section, you will learn how to set the company logo and watermark, which will be displayed on every page of the safety data sheet. The logo is used to identify the company, and the watermark allows you to add a graphic element or text to the document (e.g. the company name or the document label).

The company logo will be displayed on every page of the safety data sheet in the selected position.

  1. Click the Load button in the Logo section.
  2. Insert a logo file in the following format – SVG, BMP, JPG, or PNG.

rada/tipTip! Use the SVG format. It provides the best display quality.

  1. Select where you want to place the logo. You can place it next to the contact (it will appear in section 1.3 of the safety data sheet) or in the left or right corner of the header.
  2. Click the Save button.

Setting the company watermark (image)

The watermark is an image displayed in the background of each safety data sheet page, beneath the text.

  1. Click the Load button in the Watermark – Image section.
  2. Insert the selected image file in SVG, JPG, or PNG format.
  3. Adjust the watermark transparency (visibility) as needed.
  4. Click the Save button.

Setting a text watermark (phrase)

Instead of an image, you can also use a text watermark.

  1. Enter any text in the Phrase field in the Watermark – Phrase section.
  2. Adjust the text colour, size, or transparency according to your preferences.
  3. Click the Save button.

rada/tip Advice! Test the document’s readability not only digitally, but also in printed form.
