Safety data sheets for 35 European countries - translation into another language with one click. Software environment in 27 languages.
Thanks to SBLCore, you turn lengthy and complicated processes into just a few clicks
Import the safety data sheet (SDS) in PDF format and our system will transcribe it into the editor using artificial intelligence. AI recognises the individual parts of the document, so you no longer need to retype the data manually.
During import, you can choose whether to keep the original data unchanged or have it processed automatically. In that case, the system will take over the key data, calculate the classification and add the appropriate texts and instructions.
The program evaluates the hazard level of the product. The calculation takes into account not only the properties of individual substances but also their interactions, using formulas that sum up their effects. It also calculates acute toxicity (ATE) and recalculates indicators used to assess environmental hazards.
The calculation also generates the document Classification analysis, which shows how the program arrived at the result. It can be used as an overview or as a basis for regulatory authorities or internal audits.
The software is connected to the ECHA database. This gives you access not only to 8,000 substances already in the system, but also to over 150,000 more. You can import them into SBLCore in one step and edit them as needed.
Each substance includes names, numeric identifiers and information on its hazards.
Connect SBLCore directly to poison centres via the system2system (S2S) interface and simplify PCN notification. The history required for future updates is saved automatically. If you prefer to notify manually, you can export the file and submit it yourself.
In both cases, the system will alert you if something is missing from the notification – such as the UFI code. You can easily create it using the built-in generator.
You can easily create a safety data sheet in a clear editor. You can choose from 27 languages and 35 countries. Automatic functions ensure that you only need information about the substances contained and the properties of the product to create an SDS. The program automatically calculates the classification and adds texts to the individual sections based on this information. You can export the finished SDS to PDF, DOCX or XLSX formats. Companies that use the software can easily exchange data in the SBL format. The program is used not only to create new documents, but also to store and archive them safely.
Show sample →The software has its own database of about 8,000 substances. It contains substances with a harmonised classification according to Annex VI of the CLP Regulation as well as substances with defined limits for exposure at the workplace. If you cannot find your substance in the database, you can easily add it. Enter its basic data, classification and possibly other properties. The software saves it in the database and makes it immediately available for further use. Don't want to fill in the substance manually? Use the connection to the ECHA database, download the substance directly and edit it as needed.
Thanks to automatic phrases, you can create a safety data sheet quickly and easily. The texts are added to the document based on the resulting product classification - always according to the applicable legislation of the given country. If necessary, you can add your own phrases. You can easily translate the finished safety data sheet into another language. The program will automatically fill in all the original phrases in the corresponding language. It will take into account the legislation of the country for which you are creating the safety data sheet.
Supported languages →The Traffic Light feature monitors all important changes in safety data sheets – from their format to the classification of substances. Orange highlights sheets that are about to expire or contain a substance before the classification has changed. Red highlights documents in an invalid format or with an outdated classification. The Revision feature makes it easy to update a safety data sheet. The software creates a new version with the latest data and saves the original sheet in an archive.
The software includes a built-in label editor. Thanks to it, you can easily create your own label or a document called Label Creation Instructions. The instructions summarize all the requirements for mandatory data, font size, label and symbol size. You can pass these instructions on to the graphics department as a clear basis for the final design. The editor saves time and errors when preparing labels. Everything you need is clearly in one place and you can immediately see how the resulting label will look.
